CASE PACKER FOR CARTONS - SEMI AUTOMATIC

TEC Case Packer: The TCP verifies automatically the quantity of cartons that will be arranged in the box. It pre align and hold them in a proper place, as informed on the PLC. An operator opens the boxes and place them on the output of cartons. The box is detected by a sensor and it is automatically fixed by the engine of the machine.  The cartons are than automatically brought to a box and, subsequently, the box is pneumatically lowered on a roller conveyor.
